Shingles

Sanjay Impex is an importer and distributor of IKO Shingles. IKO Shingles are the world’s only polymer modified asphalt shingles, all others brands being of the oxidized variety.

Polymers are used to increase Strength of the Shingles & withstand high temperatures. This increases flexibility, the shingles do not crack or break. Granules adhesion is more & hence they don’t fall off. Better Granule adhesion protects the roof from Solar UV Rays.

Therefore, weather effect is less & they can withstand high temperatures as
they are flexible. (Contraction & expansion does not allow Granules to fall off as they are polymer bound).

IKO Shingles have tapering thickness for better finish, and the nailing area is 28.5mm. They are algae resistant due to high percentage of copper. They are also fire and water resistant. IKO Shingles come with a 40 year warranty.

IKO Shingles are the only pollution reducing shingles in the world.
